Confident Parents: Thriving Kids - Anxiety Program
A program designed to help parents develop skills and strategies to support their child in managing his or her anxiety through a series of online videos and activities. Parents are supported through coaching sessions by phone, which can be scheduled during day, evening, and weekend hours.

Parenting After Separation
A free online course providing parents, guardians, and other family members with valuable information about family issues as a result of a separation or divorce.
Topics covered:
- the emotional experience of separation for children and adults;
- supporting positive co-parenting and making decisions in the best interests of your child;
- information about domestic violence and safety planning;
- information about the separation process and how to access help (e.g. family justice counsellor mediation);
- legal terminology;
- accessing court, how to get a divorce and how to get help or advice from a lawyer.

Create Coping Skills Champions at Home: A Course for Parents and Family Members
In this course you’ll learn how to teach kids coping skills. The course presents ideas for exploring what coping skills kids already have and ways to figure out ones they can try. You’ll also learn ways to encourage kids to use these skills when they are needed.
